⁩ We reduce human lives to numbers too often. Success should be measured through qualitative storytelling and participant feedback. Did the beneficiaries feel respected? Did the aid preserve their dignity? True impact is found in the lived experiences of the people, which standard metrics and spreadsheets often completely miss.
