Stakeholder Analysis

This toolkit is part of an IRC-led project (funded by Sida and supported by NEAR) that created 21 open-source resources in 2025–2026 by adapting and translating existing materials for Global South CSOs. It helps organizations analyze stakeholders, improve coordination, and develop effective engagement strategies. Designed to be simple and flexible, it supports better collaboration, avoids duplication, and strengthens planning, especially for NGOs and community-based organizations
