We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. Kuja ensures that all customer billing and payment information, files, and data remain private and confidential. Due to the sensitive nature of personal data, billing, and payments we take this very seriously and make it our primary concern for all clients, partners and organizations. We restrict access to personal information to Kuja employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our products and services.   8. right of restriction:  You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of personal data where: 
    1. you contest the accuracy of the personal data. 
    2. the personal data is no longer required for the purpose of the processing.
    3. the processing is unlawful or you are opposed to the erasure of the personal data and requested for restriction of its use instead.
    4. you have objected to the processing of personal data, pending verification as to whether the legitimate interests of the data controller or data processor overrides those of the data subject.
