We are excited to share Adeso’s new five-year strategy. This marks the next phase of our journey and our evolution as an organization.

We are intentionally transitioning from a traditional NGO model to a social enterprise that incubates both for-profit and non-profit initiatives. This shift reflects our commitment to financial independence, sustainability, and lasting impact in the communities we work with.

Our goal is to build innovative, community-driven solutions that can scale, generate value, and transform systems - all while securing the financial autonomy needed to sustain our mission.
